Recent Work
In Georgia and the southeastern US, we've been experiencing one of the
worst droughts in recorded weather history, and I've been temporarily
fixated on making rain-related work, with the exception of a recent burst
of sunshine in the form of a vase.
Mosaic Raindrops for "Virtual Water" Installation
These mosaic raindrops will be part
of a drought-related installation called "Virtual
Water" for a January show at ATHICA. Winter early 2008.

Rain Palace in the Midst of an Epic Drought
This rain palace with raindrop domes was created in order to feel less grim about an extended
string of beautiful sunny days. Fall 2007.
Vitreous, metallic, iridescent, mirror, and
stained glass; turquoise-gold and silver smalti; imitation pearls. Blue-gray,
yellow, and light green grout.
